My husband and I run a web/graphic design company and were swamped with design projects. It was getting increasingly difficult for us to keep up with tasks like invoicing, receipt tracking and proposal setups. Pam quickly learned at least 5 different systems we were using and before we knew it, she was efficiently completing the administrative tasks we no longer had time work on. We now had more time to spend on completing our projects and building our business! Pam is reliable, has excellent communication skills and is EXTREMELY thorough. I highly recommend Ms. Pam Atkins as a Virtual Assistant!

Pamela’s work did it!
Pamela with Admin Sidekick and I crossed paths right in the nick of time. Within two days of connecting with her, I was giving a presentation and needed a handout reviewed for content and proofed. She was up for the task and in less than 24 hours had it completed. I’ve used VA’s before, and unfortunately not always does their reviewing of content align with what I’m trying to convey. Pamela’s work did! You will definitely appreciate her professionalism and detail to her craft.

Several months ago, I realized my business was growing and I had goals for expanding into other areas. Since I was a solo entrepreneur that meant it was time to start building a team.
Pamela Atkins joined my team at Ultimate Virtual Assistants (UVA) in July, 2014. I originally wanted to use her services to help with a client’s financial support (banking statements and expense documentation). Finding out she had knowledge with the application my client used meant I wouldn’t need to train her on the application, only on the client’s processes.
Early on, I realized I had brought her to the team for one area but she was open to working on different types of projects too. Since I like my team members and clients to build a relationship, I connect them. So, they are able to discuss the task between them. This also means they need to keep me posted on what’s happening. Pamela is awesome at keeping me “in the loop” by communicating the status on tasks and client needs. We use a task management system and I love her attention-to-detail. I can go in there at any time and see her detailed notes. She’s an excellent communicator!
Her consistency in that area makes running my business easier and I’d recommend Pamela to other small business owners as a Virtual Assistant.

Her professionalism is like no other!
Pamela was very instrumental in helping me to revise my website content. Pamela revised my website content in a way that made the words just flow so smoothly, and that was exactly what I wanted. I was amazed and how different the sound and feel of my website just by her help. She is a pleasure to work with and her professionalism is like no other. I highly recommend Pam as a virtual Assistant to anyone looking for superior service.

I hired Pamela to help me interview and locate candidates for VA position I was looking for. In the past I hadn't had very good luck with the search I was doing. Pamela and I discussed the criteria in what I was looking for and she went to work. She promised to search for candidates and select the top 3 or 4 prospects for my review. In short order she had notified me of the top candidates and directed me to their websites. She also gave me a summary of their background and how it could serve my business needs. I decided on the one VA that I thought would be the best fit for my business. Pamela was great to work with and is flexible in the tasks she accepts. I couldn't have done it without her help and I really appreciate her help. I would hire her again to assist me with my next challenge. I highly recommend her services.

I have worked with Pam by having her read some articles and newsletters that I have written. I needed an expert eye to take a look and give an opinion on better ways to write my articles. I was so excited to send out my first news letter that I didn’t wait for her opinion. An hour later I received her results. I was shocked to see so many things that needed to be fixed. She did this in a way that was helpful and eye opening. Thanks Pam for your support and help to better what I do.

She will dedicate herself to making your job easier!
I have known Pam Atkins, since 2007, when I came to manage the Engineering Business Office, which is in the Whiting School of Engineering at Johns Hopkins University (JHU). She provided general support to the whole office but more specialized assistance to both me and the Associate Finance Director, with meeting planning and other projects. I and a team of other associate deans and managers created a training program (Research Administration Training Program) that makes sure we put qualified folks in different areas of the Hopkins Enterprise, as it relates to research administration and financial functions.
Pam was very involved in the administrative support aspect of this endeavor. She was responsible for: 1) contacting and scheduling the candidates for interviews, 2) preparing and disbursing the electronic versions of interview packets to each committee member and 3) coordinating the 10-12 training sessions for each cohort of the program. My responsibilities require meetings with individuals across both the university and medical campuses. Many times, Pam needed to get up to 12 decision makers with demanding schedules, in a room to discuss time-sensitive projects and University initiatives. Somehow, she always managed it.
Pam was also involved in special projects and produced cost analysis reports to help me and the leadership team determine the best services to use in crisis management communication for the School of Engineering. She created a procedural document to use in reimbursing expenses for faculty candidates. Pam was also the designated contact for new faculty relocations and coordinated the resources between new faculty, movers and financial entities to help make it a seamless process.
Pam also served as the divisional floater, helping departments that had extended administrative needs. Her willingness to assist in this capacity helped save the division thousands of dollars and help promote goodwill between the Dean’s office and the departments. I would highly recommend Pam in an administrative support role. She will dedicate herself to making your job easier.
